Terms & Conditions

Fundraising Account agrees to follow within Nom Nom Popcorn Company, LLC website guidelines

Fundraising Account is responsible for any and all taxes (if applicable) on monies earned as a result of this fundraising agreement

If needed, any and all returns will be handled directly by Nom Nom Popcorn Company, LLC

Monies are paid to Fundraising Account based off of total monies spent BEFORE Shipping and Handling

All reconciliation of monies owed to Fundraising Account will be performed and all monies will be paid within 30 days of each campaign end date

All monies earned during 'off campaign' time will be paid to the Fundraising Account at the end of the next campaign

I agree and understand that the revenue share rate is 30%.
